  1. Open the “Promotions” tab, then the “Spam” folder (or “Junk”). Look for the sender SoftExpress.
  2. Move the email to your inbox. On a phone, press and hold it, then tap “Not spam” or “Move to Primary”.
  3. Add flyers@softexpress.org to your contacts. That is the address your visual is sent from every day: once saved, your visuals land straight in your inbox.
