Hosting
This website runs on a private server provided by Hostinger International Ltd (hostinger.com).
What the service does
SoftExpress produces a marketing visual every day in your brand colors, with your logo, and sends it to you by email. What you publish remains entirely your decision.
Visuals are generated automatically: the wording is written by an artificial intelligence model from the information you give us, and the photographs come from licensed image banks. We review and correct the engine continuously, but please check a visual before publishing it, especially when it announces a price, a date or a commercial promise.
The data we collect
At sign-up we only ask for what is needed to build and deliver your visuals:
- your business name, slogan, category and specialties;
- your city, your address and a description of your activity;
- your colors and your logo;
- your phone and WhatsApp numbers, and your website if you have one;
- the delivery email address, and the language of your visuals.
This information serves three purposes and nothing else: creating your visuals, delivering them, and contacting you about your subscription. We do not sell, rent or hand over your data to anyone.
Who else has access
Building a visual takes several tools. Each one receives only what it strictly needs:
- the service automation and the database, which hold your client record;
- the writing engine (artificial intelligence), which receives the description of your activity but none of your contact details;
- the image rendering service and the archive of the visuals produced;
- the email delivery service, which receives your delivery address.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you cancel, or if your trial ends without follow-up, we keep your record for twelve months so your account can be reactivated without entering everything again. After that it is deleted. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. A WhatsApp message to +237 680 481 951 is enough. We reply within seven days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising tracker and uses no third-party analytics. The only cookie stored remembers the language you chose (French or English) so you are not asked again on every visit. You can delete it from your browser without breaking anything.
Subscription, trial and payment
The trial lasts 7 days and requires no payment and no bank details. There is no automatic charge: nothing can be debited without your knowledge.
The Essential plan costs 5,000 FCFA per month, the Premium plan 25,000 FCFA per month. Payment is made in advance by Orange Money or MTN MoMo, to the recipient Fidel Seraphin Fotso. Your account is activated as soon as the confirmation reaches us.
No minimum term: you stop whenever you want, with a simple WhatsApp message. The month already started is not refunded, and nothing further is charged to you.
On the Premium plan, the advertising budget paid to Facebook remains your responsibility and never passes through us: you set the amount, we run the campaign.
Who owns what
Your logo, your name and your brand remain your property: we use them only to produce your visuals. The visuals created for you belong to you, and you may use them commercially however you wish, including after your subscription ends. Conversely, the SoftExpress brand, this website and the generation engine remain our property.
If we would like to show one of your visuals as an example on our website, we ask for your agreement first.
What we do not guarantee
The service depends on online tools and on internet connectivity. An outage, on our side or at a supplier, may delay a delivery. We do our best to deliver every day, without being able to guarantee it to the minute. Nor do we guarantee a commercial result: publishing and dealing with your customers remain your work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In case of disagreement we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts are those of Douala.
